It’s hard to stay healthy in this time! I try to move my body on my yoga mat everyday. Some days just a stretch other days more pilates workouts. Also try to go for a walk a day but that’s it. Really miss my regular routines!
Today I did a quick yoga session and after that I made a choco bowl for me and my boyfriend. Perfect if you are in the mood for somethings sweeter but still want to something nutritious.
