Wake up and workout!
I really think the best way to start the day is to wake up early, have your gym clothes prepared, take a quick cup of coffee and then right away hit the gym. I am a veeery sleepy person in the mornings but as soon as I get to the gym that changes! Love to listen to some good music, break a sweat and after feel energized and 100% ready to seize the day.
So no it’s time for my morning workout. First in a week since Ibiza and the wedding. Let’s do this! ?♀️
