I am usually always very strict with my sleep/workout routines but not this summer… It’s been nice to just go with the flow, sleep in late and take it easy BUT I really feel so much better if I wake up early everyday… Today I had a barre class at 07.00 for the first time in a long time and it felt SO good. There is no such thing as morning training. If I workout early I feel so much more energized for the rest of the day. I’m always very tiered when I wake up but I realized I’m as tired if I wake up 06 as 09 so really doesn’t matter… Soooo- wake up early, drink some coffee, go for a workout and seize the day!!!
